Abstract

Development of Institute of Chemistry of MSU research infrastructure through the acquisition and implementation of state-of-the-art systems: (i) a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer, (ii) a Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer coupled with a Mass Spectrometer (STA-MS), and (iii) a gas adsorption/desorption system for the determination of specific surface area and pore size distribution (BET).

The proposed equipment represents a unique research infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova and is of strategic importance for both research organizations and private companies interested in the development and implementation of modern technologies for the analysis and advanced characterization of materials and chemical compounds.
